Properties: This product is a white powder. Odorless, but with a bitter taste. Specific gravity 1.42. Soluble in ethanol, acetone, and ethyl acetate; sparingly soluble in petroleum ether and dioxane; insoluble in carbon tetrachloride, benzene, and water. It has good storage stability and is a non-staining secondary antioxidant.

Applications: This product is used as an antioxidant for natural rubber, diene-based synthetic rubbers, and latex, and can also be used for polyethylene. It provides protective effects against oxygen, weather aging, and static aging, and is also effective in preventing copper damage and counteracting adverse effects caused by over-vulcanization during product curing. It can be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants (such as DNP, AP, and other non-staining antioxidants) to achieve significant synergistic effects. It disperses easily in rubber, does not discolor under sunlight, and is slightly staining. When used alone, the typical dosage is 1-1.5 parts; exceeding 2 parts may cause blooming. The dosage in latex foam rubber is 0.5 parts. Due to its bitter taste, it is not suitable for rubber products that come into contact with food.
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 2 years.
